Metrotvnews.com, Jakarta: The Jakarta Composite Index decreased by 21.821 points or 0.375 percen to 5,802.428 points in the end of the first session on Thursday, August 3, 2017.

The transaction volume reached around 3.5 billion shares worth around 2.7 trillion rupiah.

As many as 139 stocks were up, 168 stocks were down and 113 stocks were unchanged.

The index of 45 most liquid stocks (LQ45) decreased by 5.781 points or 0.595 percent to 966.244 points this morning.

The top gainers were PT Pelayaran Tamarin Samudra Tbk (TAMU), PT Sanurhasta Mitra Tbk (MINA) and PT Alfa Energi Investama Tbk (FIRE).

The top losers were PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (MDKA), PT Century Textile Industry Tbk (CNTX) and PT Kokoh Inti Arebama Tbk (KOIN).
