Metrotvnews.com, Jakarta: The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) decreased by 18.761 points (0.315 percent) to 5,910.53 on Thursday, October 19, 2017.

According to RTI Infokom, the transaction volume were about 11.74 billion shares worth around 9.52 trillion rupiah.

Moreover, as many as 171 stocks were down, 163 were up and 113 were unchanged.

The index of 45 most liquid stocks (LQ45) decreased by 7.560 points (0.766 percent) to 979.923 at the end of the afternoon session.

The top losers were PT Arthavest Tbk (ARTA), PT Mas Murni Indonesia Tbk (MAMI), PT MEdia Nusantara Citra Tbk (MNCN), PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk (SRIL) and PT Mitrabahtera Segara Sejati Tbk (MBSS).

The top gainers were PT Tifa Finance Tbk (TIFA), PT Hotel Mandarine Regency Tbk (HOME), Pt Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT), PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk (WSBP) and PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk (ITMG).
