Metrotvnews.com, Jakarta: The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) decreased by 19.907 points or 0.337 percent to 5,894.417 on Thursday, August 24, 2017.

According to RTI Infokom, the transaction volume reached about 12.23 billion shares worth arond 6.94 trillion rupiah.

As many as 184 stocks were down, 162 stocks were up and 122 stocks were unchanged.

The index of 45 most liquid stocks (LQ45) decreased by 4.818 points or 0.488 percent to 983.294 today.

The top losers were PT Bank Negara Indonesia Ttbk (BBNI), PT Bukit Uluwatu Villa Tbk (BUVA) and PT United Tractors Tbk (UNTR).

The top gainers were PT Trade Maritime Tbk (TRAM), PT United Tractors Tbk (UNTR) and PT Bank Permata Tbk (BNLI).
