Metrotvnews.com, Jakarta: Bank Indonesia recorded that the country's inflation rate reached 0.32 percent in the first week of July 2017.

The inflation rate was influenced by transportation prices. It was also affected by food prices.

"Air transportation, land transportation and food prices were high during Lebaran holiday," Bank Indonesia Governor Agus Martowardojo said.

The central bank will monitor decreasing prices after Lebaran holiday. It will prepare necessary polices for the remaining of the year.

"Air transportation, land transportation and food prices will be corrected after Lebaran holiday," the former Finance Minister said.
