Jakarta: The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) decreased by 6.924 points (0.114 percent) to 6,042.46 on Thursday, November 9, 2017.

According to RTI Infokom, the transaction volume were about 8.57 billion shares worth around 8.03 trillion rupiah.

Furthermore, as many as 169 stocks were down, 155 were up and 129 were unchanged.

The index of 45 most liquid stocks (LQ45) dropped by 3.728 points (0.37 percent) to 1,004.694 in the end of the afternoon session.

The top gainers were PT Suryamas Dutamakmur Tbk (SMDM), PT Bank Danamon Tbk (BDMN), PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk (MNCN), PT Indika Energy Tbk (INDY) and PT M Cash Integrasi Tbk (MCAS).
