Indonesia Records USD1.32 Billion Trade Surplus in February 2017: BPS

Metrotvnews.com, Jakarta: The Central Statistcs Agency (BPS) announced that Indonesia's trade surplus reached USD 1.32 billion in February 2017.

"Indonesia's exports reached USD12.57 billion," BPS chairman Suhariyanto said in Jakarta on Wednesday, March 15, 2017.

"Indonsia's imports reached USD11.26 billion," he continued.

Indonesia recorded trade surpluses against India (USD1.76 billion), the United States (USD1.58 billion) and the Netherlands (USD553 million).

The country recorded trade deficits against China (USD1.96 billion), Thailand (USD557 million) and Australia (USD422 million).
