Metrotvnews.com, Jakarta: The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) decreased by 15.129 points or 0.256 percent to 5,888.212 on Tuesday, August 29, 2017.

According to RTI Infokom, the transaction volume were 8.64 billion shares worth around 9.18 trillion rupiah.

As many as 196 stocks were down, 142 were up and 120 were unchanged.

The index of 45 most liquid stocks (LQ45) decreasd by 2.12 points or 0.215 percent to 982.751 today.

The top losers were PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk (BBRI), PT Astra International Tbk (ASII) PT Rimo International Lestari Tbk (RIMO), PT Barito Pacific Tbk (BRPT) and PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI).

The top gainers were Pt Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk (SRIL), PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk (UNVR), PT Timah (Persero) Tbk (TINS), PT Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk (ANTM) and PT Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk (TOPS).
