JCI Slightly Increases in First Session

Jakarta: The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) increased by 0.002 percent or 0.0097 points to 6,386 before break on Friday.

According to RTI Infokom, the transaction volume was about 8.99 billion shares worth around 3.29 trillion rupiahs.

Moreover, as many as 157 stocks were up, 150 were down and 132 were unchanged.

The index of 45 most liquid stocks (LQ45) decreased by 0.04 percent or 0.436 points to 1,084 at the end of the morning session.

In the first session, the top gainers were Pt Energi Mega Persada Tbk (ENRG), Pt Timah (Persero) Tbk (TINS) and Pt Trada Alam Minera Tbk (TRAM).

On the other hand, the top losers were Pt Intikeramik Alamasri Ind. Tbk (
(IKAI), Pt Capital Financial Indonesia Tbk (CASA) and PT Matahari Department Store Tbk (LPPF).
