JCI Rises 1.232%, Passes 6,000 Level

Metrotvnews.com, Jakarta: The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) surged by 73.35 points (1.232 percent) to 6,025.434 on Wednesday, October 25, 2017.

According to RTI Infokom, the transaction volume were about 9.19 billion shares worth around 8.69 trillion rupiah.

Moreover, as many as 2016 stocks were up, 136 were down and 124 were unchanged.

The index of 45 most liquid stocks (LQ45) surged yby 11.786 points (1.198 percent) to 995.939 at the end of the afternoon session.

The top gainers were PT Siwani Makmur Tbk (SIMA), PT United Tractors Tbk (UNTR), PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID), PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk (ADHI) and PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk (JSMR).

The top losers were PT Hotel Mandarine Regency Tbk (HOME), PT Bank Pembangunan Daera Jaa Barat dan Banten Tbk (BJBR), PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk (ENRG), PT Bumi REsources Minerals Tbk (BRMS), PT Sentul City Tbk (BKSL).
