Metrotvnews.com, Jakarta: The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) decreased by 40.310 points or 0.687 percent to 5,825.054 points on Wednesday, July 5, 2017.

According to RTI Infokom, the transaction volume reached around 8.19 billion shares worth around 6.82 trillion rupiah.

As many as 135 stocks were up, 184 stocks were down and 114  stocks were unchanged.

The index of the 45 most liquid stocks (LQ45) decreased by 7.918 points or 0.802 percent to 979.461 points this afternoon.

The top gainers were PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk (BBNI), Rimo International Lestari Tbk (RIMO) and Pt Astra Argo Lestari Tbk (AALI).

The top losers were PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI), PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) and PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI).
