Jakarta: The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) increased by 0.62 percent, or 37.92 points, to 6,069.78 on Wednesday, November 22, 2017.

According to RTI Infokom, the transaction volume were about 10.85 billions shares worth around 8.03 trillion rupiah.

Moreover, as many as 189 stocks were up, 152 were down and 134 were unchanged.

The index of 45 most liquid stocks (LQ45) increased by 0.75 perceent, or 7.57 points, to 1,016.23 in the closing session.

The top gainers were PT First Indo American Leasing Tbk (FINN), PT Samudera Indonesia Tbk (SMDR), PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk (ENRG), PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI) and PT Elnusa tbk (ELSA).

The top losers were PT Siwani Makmur Tbk (SIMA), PT Bumi Teknokultura Unggul Tbk (BTEK), PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Tbk (AISA), PT XL Axiata Tbk (EXCL) and PT Indocement Tunggal Prakasa Tbk (INTP).
