Indonesia's Investment Realization Reaches Rp176.6 Trillion in Q3 2017

Metrotvnews.com, Jakarta: Indonesia's Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) announced the country's investment realization stood at Rp176.6 trillion in the third quarter of 2017.

"It stood at Rp176-6 trillion in July-August 2017. It stood at Rp513.2 trillion in January-September 2017," BKPM deputy Azhar Lubis said in South Jakarta on Monday afternoon.

"It is 75.6 percent of this year's target. This year's target is Rp678.8 trillion," he added.

The country's domestic investment realization stood at 64.9 trillion last quarter. Meanwhile, the country's  foreign investment realization stood at 111.7 trillion in the same quarter.

Most domestic investments were contributed by the electricity, gas and water sector. On the other hand, most foreign investments were contributed by the metal, machine and electronics sector.
