JCI Rises 0.24% in First Session

JCI Rises 0.24% in First Session

Jakarta: The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) increased by 0.24 percent, or 14.91 points to 6,292.08 before break on Thursday morning.

Accordig to RTI Infokom, the transactio volume was about 9.98 billion shares worth around 5.59 trillion rupiahs.

Moreover, as many as 162 stocks were up, 147 stocks were down and 124 stocks were unchanged.

The index of 45 most liquid stocks (LQ45) increased by 0.19 percent, or 1.99 points to 1,065.02 in the first session this morning.

In the first session, the top gainers were PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Jasa Mitra Abadi (JMAS), Pt Bumi Teknokultura Unggul Tbk (BTEK), PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk (KRAS), PT Armidian Karyatama Tbk (ARMY) and PT Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring Tbk (DGIK).

Meanwhile, the top losers were PT Dwi Guna Laksana Tbk (DWGL), PT Trada Alam Minera Tbk (TRAM), PT Surya Citra Media Tbk (SCMA), PT H M Sampoerna Tbk (HMSP) and PT Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk.
