Metrotvnews.com, Jakarta: The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) weakened 5.6 points or 0.1 percent to 5,403 on Thursday (10/20).

The LQ45 index decreased 1.45 points or 0.2 percent to 929. Meanwhile, the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) declined 0.89 point or 0.1 percent to 741.

Trade volume reached 24.1 billion shares worth Rp5.6 trillion. 121 stocks strengthened, 161 stocks weakened and 103 stocks were unchanged.

Consumer goods, infrastructure and trade sectors strengthened today. In the other hand, agriculture sector weakened 15.11 points.

The top gainers were PT Siloam International Hospital Tbk (SILO), PT Jakarta Setiabudi Internasional Tbk (JSPT) and PT Matahari Department Store Tbk (LPPF).

The top losers were PT Gudang Garam Tbk (GGRM), PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk (TPIA) and PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk (ITMG).
