Metrotvnews.com, Jakarta: Indonesian minimarket chain Alfamart wants to have 200 outlets in the Philippines by the end of the year.

"Until July 2016, the number has reached 152 outlets," Alfamart international business and technology director Bambang Setyawan Djojo said in a press release on Tuesday (9/6/2016).

"We hope we can reach 200 outlets by the end of the year," he continued.

He explained Alfamart receives positive responses in the Philippines. The Company doesn't have a lot of competitors in the country.

"The company is still studying business opportunities in other countries," he concluded.
