Several options of healthy soups may assist to lose weight and add more nutritions in your body.

First, choose carrot and ginger soup, tomato and basil soup, or chicken soup. These selections will not only burn calories within your body, but also capable of filling up the stomach.

Secondly, change your dinner menu with a large bowl of soup if you want to lose weight in short period of time.

Broccoli and potato soup, or mushroom and basil soup, will make your stomach filled throughout the night. You can also combine other vegetables, fish or meat in the soup if you are bored.
