Here are several facts about the importance of drinking water for pregnant woman:

- Pregnant woman is advised to drink 10 glasses of water a day. One glass is around 29 ml.

- Water is the component of breast milk. It is very important for lactation.

- Water can prevent swollen feet during pregnancy. 

- Mineral water is better than flavored beverages like tea, coffee, juice or milk.
