Metrotvnews.com, Jakarta: Sitting in an airplane for a long time is very uncomfortable. It is better to sleep during flight.

Here are several tips to sleep comfortably in an airplane:

1. Choose a window seat
You can lean your head on the window. You can also bring neck pillow.

2. Do bedtime rituals
Don't your usual bedtime rituals if possible.

3. Eat healthy foods before sleeping
Healthy foods can help you to relax. You can also bring essential oils.

4. Avoid caffeine
Avoid caffeine and alcohol.

5. Use pillow and blankets.
Don't forget to ask for blanket to the flight attendant.

6. Bring snacks and mineral water
When you are hungry or thirsty, you don't need to wait the flight attendant.
