Democratic Party Claims Many Irregularities in Jakarta Election

Metrotvnews.com, Jakarta: Democratic Party claimed that their members found many irregularities during the Jakarta gubernatorial election.

"We have recorded many irregularities," Democratic Party spokesperson Dede Yusuf said in Jakarta on Wednesday.

"Cakung, Pluit and Kelapa Gading," he continued.

Agus Yudhoyono-Sylviana Murni are endorsed by Democratic Party. The pair are also endorsed by PPP, PAN and PKB.

Several quick counts showed that Basuki Tjahaja Purnama-Djarot Saiful Hidayat received 43 percent, Anies Baswedan-Sandiaga Uno received 39 percent and Agus Yudhoyono-Sylviana Murni received 17 percent.
