Metrotvnews.com, Jakarta: The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) will question Southeast Sulawesi Governor Nur Alam as a key suspect in a graft case.

"Nur Alam will be questioned," KPK spokesperson Febri Diansyah said in Jakarta on Wednesday.

Nur Alam was named as a graft suspect last August. He was accused of abuse of power.

The PAN politician issued several mining permits between 2009-2014. He issued these mining permits for PT Anugrah Harisma Barakah.

The mining permits were allegedly issued against the rules. They were reportedly issued in exchange for kickbacks.
