Irman Gusman (Photo:MI/Susanto), Jakarta: The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has named Regional Representative Council (DPD) speaker Irman Gusman as suspect for allegedly receiving bribe.

The agency also named CV Semesta Berjaya director XSS and his wife MMI as suspects for allegedly giving the bribe.

"We have three suspects," KPK chief Agus Rahardjo said during a press conference at the KPK headquarters in Jkarta on Saturday (9/17).

Agus mentioned KPK arrested the three suspects during a raid at Irman's house on Friday (9/16) evening.

"We confiscated Rp100 million as evidence," Agus continued.

Irman allegedly recommended CV Semesta Berjaya to get sugar import quota for West Sumatra in 2016.
