KPK Cooperates with China to Track Down Corruptors

Metrotvnews.com, Jakarta: The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) and the National Bureau of Corruption Prevention of China (NBCP) have agreed cooperation to track down corruptors.

KPK chief Agus Rahardjo conducted a meeting with NBCP deputy chief Liu Jianchao at the KPK headquarters in Jakarta on Monday (9/19).

"We can cooperate to trace their assets," Agus said during a press conference after the meeting.

Meanwhile, Liu Jianchao appreciated the cooperation. He believes the cooperation will be beneficial for the two countries.

"We can prevent corruptors hiding their assets in foreign countries," he stated.
