Jakarta Metro Police Committed to be Neutral in Gubernatorial Election

Metrotvnews.com, Jakarta: The Jakarta Metro Police is committed to be neutral in the 2017 Jakarta gubernatorial election.

"Neutrality is a must," Jakarta Metro Police deputy chief Brig. Gen. Suntana at his office in Jakarta on Tuesday (10/18).

"We must be like referee. We must be neutral," he continued.

Suntana added Jakarta Metro Police has prepared measures to secure the gubernatorial election. Police has mapped the hot spots.

"We do not care about the winner. We only want to maintain security," he stated.

The Jakarta gubernatorial election will be held on February 15, 2017.
