Police to Investigate Indonesian ISIS Fighter Death

Metrotvnews.com, Bali: The National Police will investigate the death of an Indonesian ISIS fighter in Syria.

An Indonesian ISIS fighter named Abu Jandal reportedly died in Syria. His family spread the information in social media.

"We will investigate the information," said National Police spokesman Insp. Gen. Boy Rafli Amar in Bali on Wednesday (11/9).

"Hopefully, we can confirm the information," he continued.

Boy admitted the investigation will be difficult. The National Police will coordinate with the Foreign Ministry and the Indonesian Embassy.
