Indonesian & Chinese Lawmakers Discuss Cyber Security Issues

The Indonesian House of Representatives Commission I head Abdul Kharis Almasyah discussed interparliamentary relations. He addressed cyber security issues.

The Chinese parliament delegation head Chen Xiurong praised strong interparliamentary relations between the two countries. He urged close cyber security collaborations between the two countries.

"We are currently preparing cyber crime bill," the Indonesian lawmaker said.

"We are also preparing personal data protection bill," the PKS politician added.

The WannaCry ransomware has attacked almost 150 countries in the past few weeks.
