"The company returned the tax audit instruction letter," Jakarta Special Tax Office head Muhammad Haniv said here on Thursday (9/15/2016).

"It is an indication of foul play. However, we currently focus on tax amnesty program," he continued.

Haniv mentioned his office also delivered tax audit instruction letters to Facebook, Twitter and Yahoo. The three companies gave positive answers.

"The other three companies didn't refuse to be audited," he stated.
