FM to Attend Meeting on Israeli-Palestinian Conflict in France

Metrotvnews.com, Jakarta: Minister of Foreign Affairs Retno Marsudi departed Jakarta to Paris, France on Wednesday (6/1) evening to attend international conference on Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
 
The ministry spokesperson, Arrmanatha Nasir, mentioned that the meeting is intended to revive peace efforts between the two countries.
 
He added that the meeting will also explore the best solutions to resolve the conflict. Around 20 countries are invited to the meeting including major powers like the United States (US), Russia, China and the United Kingdom (UK). 
 
"Indonesia is invited for its active roles in the Israeli-Palestinian peace efforts," Said Arrmanatha here, Wednesday (6/1/2016).
 
Indonesia previously hosted an extraordinary summit of the Organization Islamic Cooperation (OIC) on Palestine in Jakarta.
