Indonesia Supports Peace in Middle East: VP
Vice President Jusuf Kalla, Jakarta: Vice President Jusuf Kalla is scheduled to attend Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Summit in Turkey.
Kalla mentioned Indonesia is going to call for peace in Islamic world, especially in Middle East. He said conflict between Islamic countries must be avoided.
"Unity needs to be maintained," he said at his office, Jakarta, Tuesday (4/12/2016). 
Kalla observed most conflicts in Islamic World influenced by external factors. "I read that Obama (President of the United States) has apologized for invasion to Libya," he added.
The senior Golkar politician stated he will also bring the outcomes of Extraordinary OIC Summit in Jakarta recently. "It is related to Palestine," he continued.
OIC Summit is held in Istanbul, Turkey on April 14-15. Minister of Foreign Affairs Retno Marsudi mentioned the summit will produce two documents.
"The documents are final communication and OIC 20125 Program of Action," she revealed on Monday, April 12.
